Follow the rainbow to the tutorial!
I was asked to do a guest post over at Homespun Waldorf for their Winter Carnival. They asked me to write something for their "To Make" series. I had been meaning to make one of these skirts for E, so that was a great push to get it done. I love how blogging can be such a help in finishing all of those little "to makes" I have floating around my head. Although I guess thanks to Pinterest, now they are all organized and categorized!!
